Отдельного разговора заслуживает ресторан Русский, расположенный на первом этаже гостиницы. Он открыт как для гостей отеля, так и для всех желающих провести приятный вечер или отметить важное событие.
Зал ресторана выглядит очень торжественно, благодаря использованию бордового и белого цветов, как в дизайне ресторана, так и в одежде персонала.
Свадьба, банкет, корпоративный праздник или же обслуживание туристических групп, - ресторан «Русский» сможет угодить на любой вкус. Для удобства иностранных гостей, название ресторана пишется латинскими буквами.
Кроме обслуживания в зале, для гостей отеля ресторан предлагает дополнительную услугу - заказ и доставка обеда или ужина в номер.
Кроме ресторана, в гостинице Полюстрово на третьем этаже расположено кафе. Для удобства посетителей, оно работает в круглосуточном режиме. В кафе можно заказать как холодные закуски, так и горячие блюда, десерт и напитки. Кафе принимает заказы на спецобслуживание мероприятий, рассчитанных на 30 человек.
